Refund Policy
At HKR Hijabs and More, we aim to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us. Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are handled.
1. Return
We only accept returns if the product you receive is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Products once used, washed, or altered will not be eligible for return.
Customers can request a return within 5β7 working days after receiving the product.
2. Exchange & Refund
Our policy for Exchange and Refund is the same and applies only in cases where a product is received damaged or defective.
Conditions:
1. You must share a clear and continuous opening video of the parcel at the time of unboxing. The video should not have any cuts, edits, or pauses.
2. The product must be shown clearly in the video in its original condition, unused and with all packaging intact.
3. If your request is verified and approved, we will either:
β’ Send you a replacement/exchange of the same product, OR
β’ Issue you a full refund, as per your preference.
Process:
Once we receive and review the opening video, our team will inform you whether your request qualifies for exchange or refund.
The exchanged product will be delivered within 7β10 working days after approval.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7β10 working days.
3. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before dispatch of the product.
Once the product has been packed and shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.
4. Non-Eligibility
Failure to provide a valid opening video will make the product ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
This policy is designed to keep things fair and transparent while protecting both our customers and our brand.
